Critical Hit’s ‘Crit Point’ is a point system designed to reward our customers who shop at our online store. It’s our way of saying thank you for supporting our small business. Every time a purchase is made, points will be earned and added to customers accounts, and then those points can be used to get discounts on future purchases.

How do I get points?

Only customers who have made an account with us are able to keep their points. We recommend signing up as you can create a wishlist and keep track of your orders! Already have an account with us? Great! That means you’ve already been collecting points and you can easily see how you’ve earned them and they’ve been spent on your account page.

Do points expire?

Points expire after 12 months of earning them.
