PICK-UP

Critical Hit is proud to offer store pick-ups for online orders! If you have made a pick-up order, you will receive an e-mail from a member of staff when it is ready for collection. Staff are not authorized to release orders prior to that confirmation. To avoid disappointment, we do request you wait until you get an e-mail.

DELIVERY

Critical Hit takes pride in carefully packaging orders of all types and sizes! We also dispatch internationally!

Both satchel and boxed orders will have bubble wrapped used to protect your order as much as possible. Unfortunately, there are risks of damaged during transport. If that, unfortunately, happens to your order, please check out our damage policy.

We do aim to get our orders out within 48 hours. However, during busy periods it may take up to a week. 

In-stock orders over $99 will qualify for free delivery Australia wide. Some products will be excluded from this offer, these will be noted on product descriptions. If your order is oversized or overweight, we may contact you regarding additional shipping costs. 

For international orders we highly recommend double checking via checkout for a rough estimate of the shipping fee.
